By accessing or using Bilingual Beginnings ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Bilingual Beginnings is an online platform that generates language‑learning comic strips based on user‑provided prompts. The Service includes image generation, translation overlays, and a downloadable comic strip. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the resulting comic strips. However, you grant Bilingual Beginnings a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your generated comics for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
The Service and its original content (excluding user‑generated comics) are and shall remain the exclusive property of Bilingual Beginnings. The comics you generate are yours, but the underlying technology, algorithms, and AI models used to generate them are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Bilingual Beginnings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bilingual Beginnings operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
