When you create an account or generate a comic, we collect your email address, the text prompts you submit to create your comic strip, and the image of the comic strip generated. We also collect payment information through our third‑party payment processor, Stripe, when you subscribe to a plan. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Your email address is used to create and manage your account, to send you notifications about your generated comics, and to provide customer support. Your prompts are used solely to generate the requested comic strips and are not shared with any third parties for unrelated purposes. The image is stored for being able to download, and view in our interactive viewer. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy.
Your generated comics and account data are stored on Supabase, a secure cloud database. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and to remember your preferences. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling them may affect the functionality of our website.
We rely on several third‑party services to provide our functionality: Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, Brevo for email delivery, and Kie.ai / OpenRouter for AI comic generation. Bilingual Beginnings is intended for use by individuals of all ages, including children, but children under the age of 13 should only use the site with parental consent and supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
